Monitor PayPal Transactions
If you are accepting PayPal payments via your web site, PayPal monitor plugin for Tiny Monitor can help you to easily track payments. It downloads transaction data from PayPal and displays it in the form of reports and charts. Transaction data is downloaded by PayPal API. This means that you don't have to provide PayPal account username and password.
On the top of the monitor there is a header which displays current balance in the primary currency and update bar which shows time to the next update. If you hove mouse cursor over the balance you can see balance of all currencies with PayPal. Date format can be configured in settings.
Below the header there is a toolbar with buttons. Buttons on the left switch between various display options while buttons on the right control updating. Check PayPal Monitor Plugin Documentation for details. You can also hide (or display) the toolbar by double-clicking the image in the header.
This Month and Last Month reports are located below the toolbar. In the PayPal Settings Transactions and Transaction Columns you can enable or disable individual transaction type or column.
Each report can be in expanded or collapsed state. You can expand/collapse the report by clicking the Transaction title with little triangle on the left. Report This Month is expanded by default. You can change states of all reports. This state is saved by the browser so the next time you load Tiny Monitor you will get the same display.
PayPal Monitor provides 3 sets of charts: 30 day, 90 day and yearly charts. You can switch between them with buttons on the toolbar. Each chart set shows payments received and average payments received over time.
